Saturday night place is close to dead. Lots of front end staff. Got tall table adjacent to bar. Only 2 people. Drinks frequently empty. Excessive wait for food, no apps or anything but one dinner order and a cheeseburger. SMALL portions from last time here, even on cheap stuff like veggies. Third of hot dinner so cold it can't soften butter!! Sat until end of dinner when staff finally return. Butter so hard it stays in clumps, no melt on anything. Good Burger and fries deal $9.99
I placed an order at 3:20 PM with a 19-minute estimate. After driving 25 minutes to the location, I still had to wait another 25 minutes inside. I finally got my food about an hour after ordering. This delay was completely unacceptable. The process needs serious improvement to match what’s promised. you guys need to change your time estimate on your DoorDash ordering and if there is a way that I can give a zero star like no star I’ll be so happy to do that
Our server was good but restaurant was extremely under staffed and people that were working did the best they good.
lincoln is a great host! and adrianna is a great server! food was hot! and desert was even better!
