Went on May 31,2026, excited to try the ayce Riblets,only to find out they had none.Should have walked out,but didn't.So we ordered off the 2 for $25 + $3 for a steak.Took at least 15-20 minutes just to get 2 pops to the table.I asked for my steak to be medium rare,not medium well,and tough as cow hide.Will never go back,sent Applebees my concerns,no response as yet.Sorry not sorry.5 days since I contacted Applebee's,still no response from the Utica. A came for business meeting and stop at Applebee's was really good
Horrible experience. Extremely slow service. Waited 25 minutes for an app & 50 minutes for food. Food was very dry and unseasoned.
Walked in with 8 people around dinnertime. Medium group size, so we expected a bit of a wait. We were sat immediately, because the dining room was roughly at 30% capacity when we came in. Waited 10-15 minutes to be greeted, server said she would be right back. Waited 10-15 more minutes until our server came back... placed our drink and food orders at the same time because of how long we have been seated.
