What a joke...this place should just close its doors and stop tainting it's old reputation...food was a disgrace, service even worse. Don't waste your money or time...yes ...you will need time to wait for service...someone to take your order ...get the food serviced... Get refills...get the check...and even paid....more than 2 hours for a simple food that was left mostly on the plate because it was not edible.
Llegamos a las 9:45 y el muchacho de la recepción no saludó ni preguntó cuántos éramos, pasó por enfrente de nosotros 4 veces y ni siquiera nos miró. Salimos a las 10:07 y nada. El peor servicio que he tenido en mi vida. Por eso el applebee’s de Saratoga es mi favorito. No regreso a esta locación nunca.

They tried to seat us at a table with food stuck to the floor. It seemed they were short handed but the host should have noticed it. The floor was pretty dirty in general. Then one of the employees took his break at a table nearby and was on his phone using inappropriate language as he walked by us.
