After 30 years in Petaluma, it had been a long time since visiting this Applebee's. I patronize Rohnert Park's and Santa Rosa's now. Food was same as usual, pretty good. However, after thus far spending about $75 here for lunch for three of us, when we tried to order coffee (decaf) the waitress said they didn't have any. Servers, Shannon and Ashley were the best. Great service and always a nice dinner experience! A++
My worst experience. My family and I, went there around 8 pm on Sunday night there was barely any people in there, our order took over 45 minutes to come out and we got it all cold and dry. I asked for hot fries, also I got it cold. The food tasted awful and the server did not even check on us, I paid $183, for food we couldn't eat. We will never go there and I encourage people not to waste their money going.
