We visited the Orem Utah Applelbees on 7/7/25. We arrivied at 5:45 p.m. so we could order the Neighborhood Nachos on the 1/2 price appetizer menu. The Manager that sat us down was one one of color and informed the bar tender that we were in her area. She knew we were waiting for her because she made eye contact with me twice. DO NOT EAT AT THIS APPLEBEE'S. Food was the worst ever. A year ago I said never again..but my 3 friends said let's try it one more time. NOPE AND NOPE LAST CHANCE. Do not eat here! My friend and I showed up today (Friday) at 11:40 looking for a quick lunch off the lunch menu. We ordered as soon as the waitress came, and I though it would be a quick, hassle-free lunch. Boy, was I wrong. Our waitress kept coming by and assuring us that our food was almost ready, and just be patient. WRONG! She had never even put in our order (thanks Rashida!). Absolutely the worst place to go. Staff are rude and dont care. And management staff is the same way they talk bad about customers in the dinning area and cause big scenes would never recomend this placeÂ
