Poor service, orders delayed for a very long time
Under the pressure of the occasion, I can understand the chaos. Although, The wait time was very long, unorganized service kitchen, my silverware was dirty. The food was good though, served hot, the wait staff were polite under the pressure, the bathroom wasn't clean. So, I have mixed feelings about this particular location. Needs some work as far as staff organization, otherwise it's okay to order your food and pick up. I wouldn't dine in though.
Came to this location 5 years ago. Looks like nothing has changed. Was seated after 15 min wait. That was it. No waters, drink orders or even menus. We got up and walked out after 20 MINUTES.
Just down right unprofessional.. sat with no water no waiter for ten minutes, no mucho cups, ordered the valentines drinks and they were in regular beer cups with no lips. Sheesh
In Applebee's with my family of 6. I alerted the waiter that is was my son's 10th birthday. What was intentioned to be a great time and good experience it turned out to be a terrible experience. My wife ordered 2 henny punch drinks that were watered down. We weren't given any silverware until we told the server about it and then he said they didn't have any clean silverware a which made my wife furious and when we ordered and received our hot wings for our appetizer they were extremely cold and we sent them back 2x.
