If I could give it less than one star I would. Took 10min just to get acknowledged. Another 15 min to be seating and after 15 minutes of sitting at our table no server came to take our drink order.
Another table of 2 and my husband and I all waited a very long time to be seated. Despite servers standing around talking and when they noticed us they immediately went back into the kitchen instead of saying “we’ll be right with you” the restaurant was not full by any means but there was lots of dirty tables but plenty of staff. I haven’t been to Applebees in awhile. My friend had an appointment that way so we went to the West Kimberly location. The restaurant was so clean that you could feel it when you walked through the door. My server (the ticket said Joseph but I heard someone call him Jimmy) was at the table immediately. Extremely unorganized. Nobody knew who was in what section or at least that’s how it seemed. Host sat us at a dirty table then moved us then no server came and we just left. There was another couple with us.
I’ve tried coming to this restaurant several times in the last few months trying to give them chance after chance. Continually excuse the underwhelming service, mediocre food but most importantly the incredible wait times. I hate to do this but I will not be returning to this location and I will advise against it to anyone in the area. There far better restaurants.
