Horrible pick up experience. To go order at 1:20 on a Tuesday. Finally after 3 times going in to check and being told our food would be out any minute. At 2 PM we left there with melted ice cream and cold inedible food. Also not sure of food handling standards, but another gentleman who appeared to work there, but wasn’t wearing gloves did help prepare some of our food. The manager helped bag some of it up. She didn’t say one word to me. Not an apology. Nothing. Just handed me the container of melted ice cream in a bag
First time eating applebees. Food was good, it was almost empty and took 5minutes to get seated like 30 minutes to get our food. The restaurant was literally 78 degrees?? It was uncomfortably hot, especially given we have small children
My kiddos and I ate at this restaurant last night. Astrid was kind and friendly. She was helpful as we were deciding what entrees try. I have to take a moment and thank the young man who was the hostess with the mostess for sure. He was polite, courteous and relatable. Especially to my son. Thank you. We had a wonderful dining experience.✨️
The food was great..them wagon tacos was off the change you guys put it down I had to order some to go...my wife loved the salmon it was on point she really enjoyed it
