I come here a lot, sometimes by myself and other times with friends. I have for the past few years. I normally come in the evening, around 8-10 pm depending on the night. While I've had my regulars over the years, other servers know who I am. This place is great for those on a smaller budget when you come here during the half price app hours. We had such a nice experience at Applebee’s last night. Mia has truly made the night! She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. she genuinely cares about her customers. The rest of the staff was just as great — fast, polite, and organized. This Applebee’s is lucky to have such a wonderful team. A special thanks to the Shift manager. She was going to each table and making sure they were getting excellent service. Loved the positive environment.
their takeout situation is a mess. i dont think they have a to go person, but that doesn't mean ignore people who are picking up orders. Order said it would be done for me and my family at 6:41, ive now waited 30 minutes and nobody has given me any kind of update. very rude and unwelcoming.
