Got to the Merrillville restaurant at 5:40 we waited 20 minutes for someone to come over to seat us. It took another 20 minutes for somebody to take our drink order. Waited another 20 for the server to take our order at 7:15. Nobody came to ask if we needed refills on our drinks or if everything was ok. Now , let me say the restaurant was not busy at all. Never received service in an empty restaurant left after 20 minutes of being ignored. I hope they can figure out what they're doing wrong and fix it because the food is actually pretty good usually.
The service sucks. Stopped for lunch while my car is being repaired. Waited at the door for 10 minutes at 5pm on a Monday while the hosts had a casual conversation in my face after I asked for a booth for one. They weren’t busy at all. I took my granddaughter & grandson there for lunch. We were seated right away & was told "the server will be with in about 15-20 minutes". It was 40 minutes when the server came by & said "I'll be right with you & walked off". 20 minutes later she came back & took the order. The smoothie order was incorrect & the kids meal did not come. Got sat down after waiting roughly 10 minutes, after getting sat down at our booth we proceeded to wait another 20 minutes with no server to come give us drinks and nobody to come and check to see how we were doing. Complete waste of time HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
