The food was good but man, this place really needs a remodel. There was a leak that was coming from one of the air vents and then the bathroom looks like that it was never even remodeled since the place had ever opened.
Stopped by the Applebee’s in Georgetown, TX, and had a genuinely great experience from start to finish. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Our server was quick, helpful, and had a great attitude — you could tell they cared about making sure we had a good time. The food was spot-on! I had the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp, and it was cooked perfectly — full of flavor and came out hot and fresh. None of the beer taps have been functional for about 2 weeks, so you can only have bottled beer. I had put credits on the jukebox, but the manager turned the music down so she and 2 others could watch a soccer game that was being broadcast in Spanish. I had to ask our waiter to have the music turned back up because I had paid for it, and no one in the building could hear the TV except the manager and the 2 at the bar.
