Called at 4:00pm to order 2 bowls for pickup at 5:30, and when I arrived, they hadn't been made. Had to wait 15 minutes while they made my dishes. Why bother with order ahead to give them time to prepare!
When we got there we stood for quite a while before any employees were present or even saw us. Then we were noticed and got seated. We've gone here many times but this time the food was kind of iffy. My husband's steak was practically impossible for him to cut or eat. Part of his dinner was not with his plate we had to wait for it to finish cooking and be brought out to him.
