Servers are always polite and attentive, food is pretty good. Wouldn't recommend the new Jalapeno-Bacon sauce, it's pretty bland with it's only redeeming quality being the fact it has the perfect amount of spice for anyone who likes their food to have a tiny bit of heat. All in all I always enjoy my time at this Applebee's.
Arrived at 7:07 p.m. we received menus but no utensils. 7:20- ordered drinks ( 2water, 1tea, 1beer) out of beer ordered 2 times. Third time he got his beer at 7:45. Ordered food and appetizers. Got our main dish at 8:30 COLD, 1 appetizer COLD. Waited 10 minutes for utensils and I got up to find some. WORST SERVICE AND FOOD EVER. Would not go back until they get a complete new staff and management.
