I’ve been waiting for orders, but not a single staff member has greeted me or asked for anything. It seems like none of them care about the customers. They need to be properly trained.
One of my favorite places to it the atmosphere is awesome.food great drinks great friendly waitress.
Today was my daughter 8th birthday and our server Amanda E is just super nice, friendly great server service, full of energy and joy. The moment we sat in the seating area she did her thing, spoke to us nice apologized if she felt some type of way something wasn't right to her. She is kid friendly and was nice to my kids. I would recommend AMANDA E (: YOU WONT REGRET HER KINDNESS 🫶
It’s been five months and I still haven’t received my refund. I was told the manager that I was supposed to do it had quit. I had spoken to the regional manager and I’ve spoken to corporate and although I’m not stressed over the little bit of money, I just don’t understand how no one could process my refund and I kept getting Told it would be done. This occurred February 6. It is getting ready to be August very disappointed in this place I was very disappointed in the uncooked food I received, and I will not be going back.
