I had a horrible experience today visiting Applebee's, the service was horrible, when the food finally came out it was cold and cheap, nothing like the menu photos. I won't be comming back here
French fries wasn't a double order steak was good
We went to Applebee's for lunch yesterday (10/7/25) and the food was great! But the service was less than mediocre. Our water glasses set empty for extended periods of time, until we were able to catch the waitress; attention and request a re-fill. She started removing our plates while we were still eating from them and had to tell her that we were still eating. She brough us our check while we were still enjoying our meal and said: "No hurries, but here's your check." And then after we paid her only 7% tip, she stood at our... read more
Unfortunately when I got in there it took so long for anybody to come and take my order. I had to end up leaving. Very disappointed
Horrible Service!! I hated the service provided from Nina and I believe that she needs to be removed immediately. She made me feel very uncomfortable and kept on giving me and my family attitude. I’d prefer another server next-time. Also, I spoke with the manager, Jason, and he made me feel horrible about myself. I’d rather not speak about what they said to me but I didn’t like the way they handled things. Overall, horrible service and I would rather eat Olive Garden than Applebee’s if this is the service they provide.
