Man does this place need an upgrade!!!!! We usually go to the Applebee's on Ramsey Street and always have a great experience! We were close by and decided to go to this location....NEVER AGAIN! Our drinks took wayyyy too long and still came out staggered with a mock tail, coke, and soda/redbull. My mother got appetizers and it came out only minutes before our entrees which took quite some time and my daughter's entree was brought out with her side of fries coming later. My food came out last out of a party of 4. Food was still cold. The service was OK, but management got to do better. Slow day and still slow service. We come here all the time, but may have to find a new location. If you'll dont get it together this location will be closed in 2 years or less. I've been coming here since I was a teen I'm 42 now. I've seen the decrease in customers.
