Food was as expected. Went to lunch with a friend, and the staff was super friendly.
Food took forever, and was small portions, pasta over cooked, burger thrown together, drinks were weak. madea, im guessing was a manager, the way she talked to employees. She was also passive aggressive with me and my family. This is the second time we have came and delt with her ugly looks and smart comments. Im guessing she does not approve of biracial couples. I went at 1 PM and I had a wonderful time. Food and service was outstanding.
We just left this place a few minutes ago. The service was very poor. We were seated and noone came to take our order. 15 minutes pass...NO server. We observed other customers coming in and they were waited on before us. We never received no napkins, utensils, drink orders, or appetizers. The Applebee's on Ramsey street sucks. POOR SERVICE!!!!!
This location is usually on top of their stuff. I requested to watch a different channel they hooked it up.
