The food was good just disappointing for the price and a restaurant was very dark
ordered for car side pickup at 5:40pm. I got there at the estimated 5:55pm. I waited before i called at 6:07pm and they told me they’d be right out. Didn’t get my food till 6:20pm. For the love of god just update your estimated times if you’re going to take that long or maybe idk? apologize at least for the wait when you bring the food??
My cup stay empty through my hold meal, food was cold, waitress(Uneka) was just horrible, no refills at all, worst experience ever,
Had a wonderful experience at Applebee’s! We came in with children after 9pm, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our server was patient, prompt, and professional — they made sure everything was just right for the kids and the adults. The food came out hot and fresh, and the whole experience felt easy and enjoyable. Great service all around — we’ll definitely be back!
