This is the third year that I have taken my grandson and two of his friends to the Anchorage Applebee's, to celebrate their first day of school. This is where these kids WANT to go, not to a pizza joint, not to a burger joint, to these children, Applebee's is The special place to celebrate a special day! I was reluctant at first. Ordered through their app and only got half my food. 11:30 pick up time and got half then and had to drive back to get the rest at 12:15. Needless to say the fries were soggy and the burgers were as well. This is the second time I’ve had issues with this location which is a shame. I’ll give it one more shot hopefully the staff learns to care about their jobs.

Getting takeout here is so difficult. You stand there as every server is passing minding their own business. You have to go find the takeout person. It felt like an eternity waiting so I had to walk to the back to look for her. To ask for my order. I was getting so annoyed, I was just going to go. Not like they care.
