I just want to personally thank Manager Shane for his hospitality and understanding, he had made our dining experience even better! The fact that he came to our table to actually listen to us yap about a previous experience and gave a solution that satisfied me and my sister! 10/10 service ! Update: Shane the manager called and took the time to address all of our concerns. He seemed very professional and empathetic. He stated that he would use our experience to improve. The time he took over the phone deserves a couple more stars. We have observed a noticeable decline in the quality of our quesadilla burger, specifically regarding a significant reduction in the meat portion.
