I came here on a work trip because it is a week known safe restaurant. Fastest service ever. I sat down and was immediately greeted by Nakarra. She was so attentive and helpful, I never wondered where she was while I was dining. Each table surrounding me was greeted and served just as well but not exactly the same. She is authentic and kind. Our server was RaySean and he genuinely anticipated all of our potential needs. We didn't once have to ask for a refill, and our plates were cleared from the table as soon as they could be taken. Friendly and knowledgeable and patient with my energetic and somewhat cranky kiddos.

I’m a regular here and was pretty disappointed for my food (All you can eat) first plate of ribs came out all in pieces, and stone cold. I was asked which side I wanted with the meal, and was charged extra for my side without my knowledge. Waited over 25 minutes for my son’s cheeseburger meal to come and it was also stone cold and not well. Usually decent service here, but today was a total disappointment. Will not be returning for a while.
