Love the bartenders here and the food isn’t complete ass considering it’s Applebees, but the beer taps have been out for two weeks. An Applebees without draught beer is like a scooter with square wheels or a tractor axle without grease: it just don’t go. No one comes here for the microwaved steaks or mediocre wings. Fix the bar.

Ordered Carside to go and order showed ready for almost 15 minutes but no one brought anything out. I went in the restaurant and they had to ask where the order was and by the time I got it, it was already cooled off. So I went next door to Zaxby’s and ordered through the drive through and took my order home to reheat.

Arrived to a packed lobby, they were told no tables, they lost about 16 customers. There was plenty of seating, they may have been shorthanded, but with the plentiful empty tables was surprised that we were not even seated. There were customers wanting to do to go orders that were made to wait as well. They should have seated people and told them there would be a wait, they would have lost less costumers, although to be honest, it seems like they would not have been able to handle them anyway as the statement was made they w... read more
