I’m very disappointed with the service (or lack therof) that my family received tonight. We arrived an hour and a half before closing to eat after a family member’s graduation. There were a couple of large parties ahead of us, and we were told it would be a 45-60 minute wait. One of the parties left due to the wait, so we checked with the host to get an updated seating time. Our waitress was really nice and the food was good .
Although the food was as good as any other location and the staff was very friendly, it did not make up for the lack of skill when it comes to service especially when the restaurant was hardly busy. At a table of 4: - there were no refills offered -one person's drink was completely left off so she had to settle for the one glass of water -another woman asked for pasta sauce, however after 40 minutes and 2 reminders it finally came well after her food was cooled -had to ask for the manager just to pay the bill and leave becau... read more
