First we sat there for a good 15 mins before someone came over to take our drink order. We had to ask for our appetizer to come out before our meal. We were here for almost 2 hours and a party of 8 sat and ate and was done within a hour. They got their food before we did. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WE ATE HERE YESTERDAY AND I HAVE BEEN SICK AS A DOG I SWEAR I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THIS LOCATION. They don’t even deserve one star. Manager didn’t even seem like she cared.
Love Applebee's a bar food atmosphere with sports.
The bartender complained about how she was going to quit all night. She was completely professional and rude. She ruined our entire dinner because she was so hateful. We were lied to about prices of drinks etc but that’s whole different issue. Worst service ever !!!!!!
Applebee’s was delicious, and our service was actually really good! We enjoyed our meal and had no complaints at all about the staff or the food. However, I happened to look up at the ceiling and was honestly shocked. The ceiling tiles and vents throughout the restaurant looked extremely dirty, dusty, and grimy. Last time ever coming back to this location, Deplorable customer service. If you are seating two people you speak to both it’s not hard. Waited an hour for meal that was wrong because the waitress didn’t have any customer service skills and didnt care to take my order in the first da•• place.
