This is for the Applebee's in Rock Hill. SC. Waited 20 minutes with no service. We got up and walked out. 2 ladies that came in right after us. Also left. The vents in this restaurant are dirty. They were not that busy. Won't be going back there.
Food is great. Manager Michael accommodated the minor issues from my party and we were thankful and established lol

If this place wasn't so close to the interstate, which provides constant new traffic, it would be shut down by now. Our broccoli actually had noticeable black spot on the stems and they sent it out like that. Considering this is a chain restaurant you would think they wouldn't be able to mess it up that bad but you would be wrong. Service was standard but the place did not seem well kept up with. Smelt like spoiled milk. If you are placing through this area I would suggest the Texas Roadhouse or Cracker barrel.
