The hostess Peggy is extremely rude. She is the 1st person you see when you enter the restaurant. She should be greet you politely and be kind. To be fair the restaurant was busy. With that being said she is the face of the restaurant which doesn't say much about the her. If she can't handle the pressure she should find a new job or be placed in a non customer service area. Peggy the hostess was very rude when we came in. Other people waiting to be seated also said she was rude to them. Would suggest putting her behind the scenes as a dishwasher and keeping her terrible customer service away from the paying customers.
Our hostess named Peggy was very rude and unprofessional when we came in. I like Applebees but will not return to the Helena location to be treated so poorly. I am fine to spend my money elsewhere and also share my experience with other people I know.
