I don’t understand the low rating from everyone. I am a very picky eater and my meal was excellent. I had a Caesar salad the Big East Bougainville chicken sausage penne. Highly recommend.
The service was terrible. We were not waited on consistently. The food was okay but not cooked the way we had wanted it cooked. The steaks were dried out and had no moisture to them. The atmosphere was okay. The music was turned up way too loud considering that there were not that many people dining in at the time we were there.
Very dirty. Walls, lights, seats, bathroom all gross. My silverware was unclean. Slow service. Was there over an hour for chicken tenders. Had to ask for sugar, napkins and sauce. Food was frozen and microwaved. Tea was old and disgusting.
I waited over 10 minutes after being seated was not acknowledged so I got up and left and told them why I was leaving and the response was ok. It is not allowing me to copy the link and I typed it in and it doesn't work.
