My visit on 6.20.26 was a disappointing experience. Upon arrival at the Halls Ferry Applebee's location at 9:05 to place a to-go order, I did not depart until 9:47 as my order appeared to have been misplaced or overlooked. Having witnessed the management's handling of a prior patron's incorrect order, I opted to wait before inquiring about my own. The service was cool Jasz was great but it was a blonde strand in the shrimps 2x meaning after bringing more it was another string. So instead of asking for the food to be taken off and being eaten difficult I asked for a military discount they told me because there is. Veterans Day they don’t do any military discount. Now I know why people don’t come here. Jasz was great the trainer was as well. But that hair thing yeah that’s wild.
This visit was good.
