Got off work and wanted to eat something I knew I was going to enjoy and walked inside the establishment. Was greeted by a really sweet girl with pink hair named Kaleah, was told an appropriate waiting time and was informed there were only two servers! I’ve been there, as someone who’s worked at Applebees in my recent life and was astounded by how kind, attentive and productive everybody inside was. The worst ever. First the hostesses never greeted me. I stood there for over 10 minutes before anyone walked my direction. I asked the waitress how long will it be before someone can seat me. She sat me down. My waitress was great But the food service was HORRIBLE. First it took about a hour for my food to come. When my Grill Cheese Cheeseburger came. It was burnt up. Why would you even serve that. Then my son’s steak was supposed to be medium well. It was well done. Very upsetting
Food poisoning! I ate here staff had no uniforms on, hair was found in food, skillet came out sad and cold! And everything is just unsanitary 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
Trying to support our local Applebee's. Don't worry, we won't be back, y'all know what you're doing. This location being right off a highway, if we had been from out of town, that's how you represent St.L?
