I’ve been pleasantly surprised with Applebees quality lately. This time was not quite as good, but it was better than other restaurants of same caliber in our area.
I decided to give this location a 2nd chance. They must’ve got new management because we were all very pleased with our dinners. Manager came around and was checking on tables. Food was hot, correct and delicious. Our waitress Emma was fantastic! She filled our drinks, removed dirty dishes and checked on us several times. Whatever they are doing at this location, Greenwood Mall, I hope they continue to do. We will be back!
Better than Cheddars in every area. Our server was friendly and attentive. Hot, fresh and delicious food.
FOOD WAS SERVED HOT AND FRESH! PICKLE FRIES ARE EXCELLENT!!!!! OUR SERVER LAURA WAS EXCEPTIONAL EXCELLENT!! VERY PERSONALABLE. Highly recommend her! Thank you Laura for a great lunch on a cold day! I hope your manager sees this review. ITS HARD TO FIND GREAT SERVICE! Sincerely appreciate you!
