Server, Lexi was very helpful in making on making menu recommendations. Manager on duty is Dustin, also very accommodating.
Extremely disappointing experience. I have had significantly better service at other Applebee’s locations. Our server took our orders without writing anything down, which became an obvious problem. I asked how many bone-in wings came with an order, then after my sister ordered, I explicitly said, “I’ll have what she’s having.” She acknowledged me, yet returned with bone-in wings instead of the boneless wings I was expecting.
