Never experienced such horrible service in my life! I went with a group to get some drinks and food. One of my friends only had a glass of wine. my other friend and I ordered drinks and some appetizers. it took over an hour to make and bring out! By far the slowest and most disappointing Applebees I have ever been to in my life. I have been here for well over 45 minutes and have yet to receive our mozzarella sticks that only take 6 minutes to cook and our French onion soup (pretty sure it doesn’t take more than 6 minutes to cook either) . It’s not busy at all and there is no excuse for such slow service. The service was terrible I brought my daughter out for her birthday and I watch as my server took other people that came in after us then we was serve raw chicken as our appetizer I’m 8 months pregnant if i would of ate that my unborn and i would have gotten sick I don’t recommend eating here will not be returning
This is going to be interesting… …so we were in town to see my son graduate from basic training. This was our only day to spend with him, so we wanted to take him somewhere fun that had good food. We are familiar with Applebee’s in the Nashville, TN area and go there quite often. It’s always been a reliable establishment for us to get some good food when we have a lot of people with us.
