Haven't been in a while but Saturday was not acceptable. The young man who was bussing table was very courteous and professional multitasking also serving as a hostess. The wait was not acceptable 15 per couple I'm the 4th set of couple in line. No one even came to assist him. Always short staff long wait poor service. I've been to several Applebee's in surrounding states and know expectations are high. My wife said it best if this continues they need to just shut it down this is not good for our community. Not bad, but not fantastic.
Never experienced such horrible service in my life! I went with a group to get some drinks and food. One of my friends only had a glass of wine. my other friend and I ordered drinks and some appetizers. it took over an hour to make and bring out! The bartender completely skipped over my sister’s order and when she finally got her attention to order the bartender shrugged her off, keep in mind my sister just wanted a burger and a lemonade. the bartender never put the order in the system then proceeded to give everyone around ... read more
