The server wasn’t terrible, but she didn’t do her job correctly—if she had, there wouldn’t have been any issues. There was a clear lack of communication, and I was almost overcharged for items I never received. One of the meals I ordered never came out at all. About a week ago, I was enjoying my 2 for $25 when all the sudden I’ve felt this massive gust of wind I look up and my server Hurricane Katrina walks pasts me and lets a big one rip. It was so bad my Asian zing had a very bad twing to them. Not only that but she was giving me rude stares like Rasputia wanted a bite of my wing she looks like she ate enough lord all mighty. Food was great but service was terrible and slow. My wife and I never got refills until we were about done with our entree. Nearly 2 hours for dinner when it wasn’t even busy. Took 20 min to even be greeted. Server more focused on conversations than actually serving.
A group of 8 of us visited on August 25 around 8 pm. I ordered the ribs plate. My ribs came out warm not hot. The ribs were chewy and hard to eat. Several of my friends ordered pasta dishes one of my fiends said his pasta came out with burnt noodles. We did not complain because of the time it took for our food to come out. Two of us have decided not to come to this location again.
