Very disappointing experience We had a really poor experience at this Applebee’s. Our server, Mario, didn’t check on us at all during our visit (not even once when we got our food.) we sat for about 10 minutes before we were “greeted” and were asked what we wanted to drink. He didn’t give us straws, we had to ask someone else. We literally had to ask our waiter if we could place our order, because we were just sitting there for 20 minutes. was so disappointed. I had been looking forward to eating a steak all week long because I’m pregnant and have been craving it so bad. I didn’t have to wait too long for my food but when I got it, my steak and potatoes were both ice cold and the steak was cooked well done when I asked for a medium rare. Normally have good experiences during the day time. Dinner time was busier and seemed to be less servers available at this time.
