I ordered my food online on 9/3/25. My total came up to 67 dollars and change. I paid for my ordered online and picked up my order in store and applebees charge my card for 76 dollars and change. Someone in the store added either a tip or something else on my card and I am very upset. How does this happen when I ordered online and paid online. I am coming into store today to speak to the manager. Very bad taste in my mouth about Applebees.

To start we were told it was a 25 minute wait. The host said it was because her manager told her to “hold the door” because he was “expoing” - like we were supposed to know what that meant. Thanks to google I figured it out. Fine, they were slammed. Understandable. But as we waited the manager pranced around the whole restaurant laughing, playing and not being a bit of professional. If you want to leave with vomiting and diarrhea, this is the place to go. And it hasn’t happened just once — it’s happened to me on more than one occasion. On top of that, the place has an unpleasant smell from the entrance that should already warn you of what to expect
