Absolute tragedy of a dining experience. Just want to start by noting that our server was outstanding and not responsible for the events that unfolded. Start by saying it took an hour and 40 minutes to get a pick to lunch deal and it wasn't even busy at all. I ordered my steak medium. Came out looking like a hockey puck extremely overcooked didn't feel like complaining at the end. We ordered a dessert to go. Took 25 minutes to get.

We come here every couple of weeks. We always ask for the same waitress, Katari. She is the absolute best. We get great service from her and the night time supervisor always comes and checks on us. I really enjoy this location in the food is always spot on. And the rear event they do get something wrong, they always make it right. Finding great food in great service is not easy.
