Ordered a salad and it was limp and slimy. Asked for another and the server said they just opened that bag so it would be the same salad. I didn't know Applebee's used packaged lettuce for their salad. That is not fresh food. If the bag is bad open another, dont continue to serve it to others. The burger was OK. It was covered with grease or liquid so more mush bun and that's why it was OK. I really expected better. Do better Applebee's.

ORDERED TRIPLE DIPPER BONELESS CHICKEN WINGS YOU GET 5 ..MOZZARELLA STICKS 5 N CHICKEN QUESADELA 4.. CHICKEN WINGS WERE GOOD MOZZERLLA STICKS ACCEPTABLE BUT THE CHICKEN QUESADELA HAD VERY LITTLE CHICKEN N FILLING.. WAITER WAS ADEQUATE NOT VERY PERSONABLE NO GREETING NO THANK YOU LOWER LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE VS CHILIS ..CLEAN TABLES BATHROOM CLEAN ....

This was my second time here. The first time was great with service and the food was just good. This time was horrible. My order was wrong and I sent it back. It was a simple salad and it took over 15-20 mins for them to remake. Then the chicken was seasoned for another dish and was wrong but I chose not to complain about that. I had to ask for refills a couple of times and service was just okay. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to Applebees for awhile or I’ll make the trip elsewhere.
