The service was slow got our food with no silverware it was cold and a spider came out of my daughter's hamburger
Worst place in rockford to eat. Will Never go back..! Waited over 35 min still no food. All the manager could say was there was a shift change and nobody knew about our order!
MY food was good but I only ever get one thing that even sounds appealing. Friend has steak and it was so bad, she had to dip it in catsup!!🤢 Service was BEYOND bad. We saw the server maybe 5 times. We got there at About 6:00, didn't get to order till about 6:10. Hard time getting any refills until getting the spinach dip and again until our entrees came at about 7:00.
