My husband and I ate there yesterday.i have to say...our waiter was very nice and joyful.... (Black guy with long braids)... He was awesome!! my salad was good along with my margarita.. My husband's steak was terrible.. Two little patties with fat thru it.. And he didn't care for his drink .and they took away riblets... I doubt we go back.. Too bad that waiter can't go somewhere else...He was just a very nice guy!!
We go to Applebee's all the time! Mostly in Iowa when visiting realitives! Went tonight to eat here because my daughter loves the fries and my mom and I like the 2 for 20. Being that my daughter had a basketball game we thought perfect to go eat there. Big mistake. Napkins and straw wrappers on the floor, tables not getting wiped off. There were 4 of us for dinner. The server was not friendly. I had to ask what the drink specials were. 2 of our orders were wrong. My husband kept his because it would take to long to wait for what he really ordered and daughter had her's remade to go. My granddaughter had a gift card she was going to buy our dinner. Ok price during happy hour but service was so-so..
DO NOT GO (unless you want to have an allergic reaction and food poisoning). Went to Applebee's in Oneonta, NY. I told the server I was Gluten Free (celiacs disease) and I chose from the gluten free menu AND asked her to double check to make sure the items were gluten free. She did and assured me they were. After eating my appetizer, I was about to pass out, in excruciating pain, and could barely stand. The appetizer was NOT Gluten Free. Burger over cooked chewy and dry, Baked potato hard as a rock. We've given this place so many chances and Every time they Dissapoint. The food/order always something wrong with it...
