The employees are just not as customer service oriented here. I’ll go to Hudson from now on, plus I’ve been here a few times nothing has changed. Food was burnt, sent it back, nothing but disappointed from the waitress.
worst service ever,took 10 minutes to clean a table when the place was almost empty.Then when we were leaving another couple got tired of waiting& walked out after 10 minutes of waiting. I wonder what they do when they get busy.
We went in for lunch, 2 servers working, 2 standing around gossiping. We were seated and then ignored for tables who came after us. 5 mins and no drink orders taken. 2 standing around saw this but were "busy". Will NOT be "giving Applebees another chance". 3 strikes you're out!
I like the customer service and the food all good
Coffee refill now comes in a small tea pot? Took 10 minutes just to get someone to come to the table and there was at most 7 other tables. Salad was smaller than a shrimp cocktail garnish. Steak came out raw, ordered medium. Waiter seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Go at your own risk
I am out of town 10 months each year, I value a good healthy meal. My French Onion soup was good tasting, but so cool the cheese was hardening fast, then I had a chicken ceasar salad with warm wilty lettuce. It is very disheartening, the staff was professional, but somewhere someone did not take pride in their job.
I had the quesadilla with brisket as appetizer and it was delicious and when I go back I’ll have more I love them!
The past 2 times service has not been acceptable. It was not busy at all. We sat for 10 minutes to get a drink and it took almost an hour to get the food. Thank God me and my daughter did not take our insulin otherwise we would passed out from a low sugar. Will NOT be returning, and we used to go there often.
