Go see Brian at the Bar. He will take excellent care of you! Great food at a GREAT price. I almost forgot that Applebees existed. What a surprise! I've not had a disappointing meal one time!!!
Normally my mother and I go frequently. Recently we had been busy and haven't gotten out much. So we decided a night before the movies to have some dinner. The waiter "zac" was fantastic. Personable and kind. We got our food in a timely manner and when I started to eat I noticed instantly that the chicken in my chicken alfredo was raw. Went to the Baldwin Applebees for dinner with my family, and were seated in Rachel's section. The service was fantastic and she was the most friendly and bubbly server I have ever had. A+++
It took our waitress 10 minutes to even acknowledge that we were there. She didn’t even give us her name we had to ask for it. The whole time we were there she never came back to check on how the food was. She was to busy catering to her 2 other tables. We had to flag down another waitress to complain about the food. I ordered crunchy shrimp it was more like soggy shrimp. We never saw our waitress again except when she was visiting the other 2 tables. Dependably delicious and always something new to try! Our server was Sierra again, she's so friendly and it was nice to feel welcomed back.
I went there for lunch today and i was THE only woman of COLOR in the establishment. I was seated first, no one came to greet me. As the other customers (White) were seated they were asked for their orders. Still i sat there and no one said anything to me. I had to say excuse me several times until i got my waiters attention.
