I always come to Applebee’s in Glenmont and have always had great service, good food and just a good time until tonight! I have never received such attitude from the female bartender after complaining that the drink she made was nothing but water! I’ve worked myself in the service industry and have NEVER treated a customer with such attitude! After letting the bartender know that the drink was clearly watered down and no liquor in it she had the nerve to state “frozen drinks dilute the liquor”! Now I’m no spring chicken and ... read more
Food was great, the waiter was great, the drinks were gross and we also had to wait 10-15 minutes before we got them they were all watered down they didn't taste like they had any alcohol in them or flavor, when our friend ordered a beer it was stale, when we finally decided to leave we cancelled the last beer that we ordered because we waited 10 minutes for it then the bartender had an attitude and started slamming things and making comments about us. absolute terrible bartender!!!! Otherwise great!!!!
