Myron Applebaum has a terrible attitude toward customers. I work in real estate and used and referred this company for over 10 years, so the experiences were plenty. He does have a good team of plumbers working for him, but I just cannot work with him anymore. The last straw was this. A month ago our sump pump began running constantly, so we unplugged it and called them. Their guy came out and said it was just full of mud, so the floater wasn't working. I will never use them again and urge you to do the same. They bid me a price for fixing wiring/fuse issues and then sent me an invoice that was way higher simply stating "There was no way we could stick to the bid". The last thing the electrician said to me when he walked out of my house was that they could stick to the bid price and that he'd send the bill shortly. Wonderful job on a serious plumbing problem. Came when they said they would, finished on a timely manner and reasonable priced.
