Make sure you read and check your paperwork. Me and my wife both told them to put gap insurance on our car. Apparently the manager that does the paper work is incompetent and did not. Now that we have been in an accident, we found out they didnt do as we asked. Now we owe many. I WILL NEVER WALK IN THIS PLACE AGAIN. Doing buisness with these people has cost us thousands. Thanks autonation. My best advice is go somewhere that knows what they are doing, paperwork wise.
