RecommendedVery friendly and professional staff! Dr. Blake is the best eye doc we’ve ever been to!
My son was having pain in his eye and when I called Apple Valley Vision they got my son in immediately (during the Doctors lunch break)! Dr. Blake quickly diagnosed the issue and went above and beyond getting him the proper medicine and treatment he needed to give his eye relief and resolve the issue. He (and his staff) were very professional and concerned about the health of his eye. These guys have a lot of good Karma coming their way for their kind hearts; patient care seems to always come first here.
They have fantastic customer service. Dr Blake is friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone from start to finish made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions.
I waited for 45 min for Dr Rowley to only see me for five minutes and rush me out. Not only didn’t he remember my prescription but he also forgot my follow up on my dry eye condition and my glasses not being the right prescription. The office staff were talking to other patients and not focusing on me and giving me the information I needed. I’ll find somewhere else to go for my eye care/needs.
We come here every year. Staff and dr Rowley are super friendly and funny. They make u feel at home and relax.
I would not go there again. Wrong perscription in my glasses the first time. Then they said they would send them to me and never have it has been almost a Month and still don't have them. I wish I chose anoher place.
Great experience at Apple Valley Vision. Had appointments for the whole family. Kids felt comfortable. After our visit the kids kept asking if they could go back to get their eyes checked.
