Heather in billing was extremely rude. Made me want to seek out a different company. Disappointing to say the least.
Not sure about the company itself but some of the people that they employ are not suitable for the road. This morning on 4/29/25 around 10-10:30am a driver of a white pickup truck with the license plate # AVSC-17 on 64 east-bound in Virginia around the Staunton-Waynesboro stretch a white male (age was upper 50s-60s?) with a graying facial hair, was swerving, veering off the road, veering out of lane multiple times, and driving in both lanes for multiple increments of 30 seconds+.
