RecommendedI highly recommend Apple Valley Physical Therapy. I was diagnosed with a "frozen shoulder" and Diana was able prescribe a massage and physical therapy routine that eliminated the pain and increased motion in my left arm. With the three months of therapy I was able to avoid surgery and the second cortisone shot. Thank you Diana! This is my second time going to Diana for help I fell two months ago and have been in excruciating pain for two months I’ve tried everything chiropractor Dr. massage therapy and got no or little relief Yesterday was my first treatment and I walked out knowing that something had finally been improved and today I woke up and that excruciating pain is gone I’m still not well but I am well on my way thank you Diana you’re a blessing
