I'd give them 0 Stars if I could. This place has completely changed since they opened. Pharmacist Abby is rude and unaccommodating, cares more about her wholesale compounding customers than taking care of average folks. I have switched to Plainville Community Pharmacy, who also deliver to my home, but unlike these guys, Plainville Community arrives when they say they will. Discovered the pharmacy when I delivered DoorDash there. Switched my prescriptions immediately! I love the peaceful atmosphere that David & Mary have created. Also love the gift shop that features local crafters wares, such as handmade soaps & jewelry. Now trips to the pharmacy are a pleasure rather than a chore.
Such a wonderful pharmacy. Recently switched over and I’m extremely pleased with the service, prices and especially the personal service the pharmacist David gives as soon as you walk through the door. He’s so knowledgeable and friendly making my visits a great experience every time. Also they have the cutest gift shop with something for everyone. So happy to have them here in Southington! First of all I would like to say I have been doing business with Pharmacies for over 40 Year's. By far Apple Valley pharmacie is the best Pharmacy I've ever done business with. David and Mary are the best pharmacist ever. They are Both extremely helpful for me. They have the best Gift Shop in there Pharmacy.They only have quality gifts I personally bought some I am very satisfied.
