Staff here are amazing they remember everyone they see. Definitely recommend to everyone. My sister went to another orthodontist and had a horrible experience. I love my smile now, can not thank Dr. Velez and staff enough,and ki ki and Sabrina are amazing they always welcome you as you walk in the door and usually remember everyone by name!!!!!!! Dr Velez and her staff are very personable. We have had 2 children get braces with them and will continue to use them in the future if there is a need.

Love her and her staff they have been so patient with my daughter even when she breaks her braces 2 days after seeing them. They can always get her in. I highly recommend them.
