Our first experience with Apple Valley and it was excellent. The tech checked every head and very efficiently made three repairs we knew were needed, replacing a solenoid, a head and repairing a leak. Very professional approach.
They just put the whole new system. They are amazing team! Shane is kind, wonderful and skilled. Matthew is also wonderful from start to finish! The team was so professional and detailed till the end. I couldn’t be happier with their service. They are very fair in price! I’ve used Apple Valley for a few years now, not only are their staff incredibly helpful, anytime I’ve needed a service call, they have been super accommodating and very thorough. Very very happy with these guys and I’m glad I chose them!
The company was asked to come out to put in sprinkler systems for my property. They failed to provide full coverage of the property, missing of my pool area as well as my back yard landscaping. After trying unsuccessfully many times to have them come back to my home to try to finish the job that they started, I decided to go with a different company. I would not recommend this company.
