We switched to Apple Valley in Summer 2019 after inconsistent service from the original provider. Since then, Matt and the Apple Valley Team have been extremely responsive, professional, friendly and ommunicative. We utilize their spring openin/fall closing agreement for convenience, in addition to service as needed. Their technicians are very knowledgable, friendly and their rates are extremely fair.
I was dealing with three other irrigation companies in the area (Glastonbury) prior to signing a deal with Apple and all did not compare. Look no further, Apple is a great choice. The owner was great to deal with, very responsive and on time. His team is a "team", they worked from dawn until the job was completed (past 7pm) and were excellent in explaining the new system.
