Felt like I was waiting forever for someone to even just say hi when I walked in, honestly had me checking if I was in the right place. But once they finally got to me, the doctor was super chill and actually explained everything instead of just rushing me through, which I really appreciated becuase my last place just shoved me out the door. We visited Dr Vanesian office from phoenix had best eye care exam and his staff was amazing i’m super pleased with my glasses.
I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Wetzel and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate eye doctor. Dishonest business practices. They purposely do not tell you about uncovered costs prior to exams, fittings, etc. Even when I asked the staff about any uncovered costs prior to they lied and said no. Then they refused to give me my exam results and my prescription without expensive payment.
