Dr. Wetzel was great. The staff is so friendly. We had a wonderful experience. My son needed glasses and they had a lot of options for him. They came in on time and we had no issues getting them.
I love this office. Everyone is helpful and friendly. It’s not easy picking out glasses, but they will help you find what you’re looking for and help with getting replacements when your glasses break.
I had excellent services the two times that I've been here. The staff treated me with respect and gave me the utmost care in making my experience of getting a new pair of glasses memorable. Very unprofessional establishment. They gave my husband the wrong eye glass prescription. We let them know and we were told to wait awhile for the prescription to adjust. My husband didn't wear the glasses because he knew the prescription was off. On his next appt we mentioned it. We were told that they don't have a record of him going there for the glasses and they confirmed the prescription was way too strong, so we had to pay for a new pair.
