I am 75 and if it works for me it will work for you. I have liked AV Express for 10 years and so will you. If you want crowds and bling, you can pay more somewhere else.

I would NEVER recommend this gym to anyone!! Over a year ago I took my son in to get his membership, he was 17 at the time and needed the membership to prepare for joining the military. No gym that I have attended in over 20 years has had a contract but of course this gym doesn't offer monthly memberships, only a yearly contract then month to month. So we paid for the entire year on that day and made it very clear we only wanted the one year and he would not even be using the entire year, as he would be in the military. Here... read more

The account was processed for cancelation after you called on 7/11/20 requesting the account be canceled with a final dues payment of 7/15/20. We waived our cancelation policy for you, even though you signed a contract that stated when you wanted to cancel you would be asked to follow our cancelation policy, which is explained and initialed by you at the time of sign up. 😔 Machines out of order a lot of times, staff not very cordial, have tried three times to cancel my membership and they continue to bill me.

Very disappointed in the cancellation policy. Walking in and showing ID or emailing is not enough to cancel. I went in, spoke to the owner and she insisted that I have to mail a certified letter (to her billing department down the street) in order to cancel my membership. Clearly a ploy to make it hard to cancel. Owner needs to update her outdated business policies. I would not recommend this business.

We are doing all we can to accommodate all of our clients request, during this already very difficult time. Perhaps in the near future we could work on updating our policy, but for now we are required to resume our pre-covid19 closure policies. Great place always clean definitely worth it
Small, but intimate atmosphere, where your sole purpose is to get that workout in - very effective!
Been my family’s gym for over 10 years now. It’s always been good to me. If you know how to lift,this place has all you need for that grind. #stayready
