I've been living at Apple Valley on and off since I moved to Menomonee Falls in the early 80's. I've lived in the apartments and the townhouses. I was living here for eight years before I moved away in 2005. 2015 I returned and have been here for 11 years. After 10 years being away, I always knew I'd move back. It's always been home for me. HUGE SHOUT OUT to the maintenance staff last week. The spring on my garage door busted when I was leaving to see my family on Thanksgiving and they were able to get the door open for me to leave within 2 hours, and they had it fixed by the next day! THANK YOU TO ALL

Been living in the townhomes for a few months now and have been very happy with my experience. The property is very spacious, it’s a fantastic value for the space we get. Location is also very close to things we need. Schools are close. I definitely recommend this townhome to anyone looking for a great place to live.
