Expensive for its age, don't expect your security deposit back. Document everything before you move in. Landlord Christy was very nice, maintenance guy was even nicer. Solid community in Apple Valley. Morgenson realty is the only predatory group.
I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment and its been 2 months. Property manager Chrisy was very helpful and responsive to any needs or concerns I had. The Town House itself was comfortable and well maintained. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
Christy moon is the 🐐. Great property, friendly residents, great atmosphere and culture. Property is always clean and welcoming. 10/10, five stars!
These places smell like cat pee. We’ve never owned a cat and we have had to have cleaners come in to deal with dried cat pee that we have found in multiple areas. Our vents also smell like cat pee. Staff is rude and never answers their phones or emails. Overall terrible place to live other than some cool neighbors.
