Lived here for 20 years. Christy the property manager is friendly and very responsive. Maintenance is excellent and prompt. Great location close to everything in the Falls.

We have lived here for years and the townhomes are amazing! Great place to live, and the price is worth it. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and Christy (the landlord) is quick to respond and very nice! Highly recommend if not these morgenson as a whole for a rental company.

I've been living at Apple Valley on and off since I moved to Menomonee Falls in the early 80's. I've lived in the apartments and the townhouses. I was living here for eight years before I moved away in 2005. 2015 I returned and have been here for 11 years. After 10 years being away, I always knew I'd move back. It's always been home for me. Great location, close to everything you need and it's quiet, safe,and convenient. Property manager Christy has always been responsive to any needs or concerns as has the maintenance team.... read more
