HUGE SHOUT OUT to the maintenance staff last week. The spring on my garage door busted when I was leaving to see my family on Thanksgiving and they were able to get the door open for me to leave within 2 hours, and they had it fixed by the next day! THANK YOU TO ALL
Been living in the townhomes for a few months now and have been very happy with my experience. The property is very spacious, it’s a fantastic value for the space we get. Location is also very close to things we need. Schools are close. I definitely recommend this townhome to anyone looking for a great place to live.
Expensive for its age, don't expect your security deposit back. Document everything before you move in. Landlord Christy was very nice, maintenance guy was even nicer. Solid community in Apple Valley. Morgenson realty is the only predatory group.
